1. For the year 2025, the Company received the Corporate Governance Assessment of Listed Companies in 2025 at the “Excellent” (5 stars) level and achieved Top Quartile status in the Market Cap. Group: 1,501-3,000 MB from the Thai Institute of Directors Association in collaboration with the Securities (IOD) and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SET).

2. The company was assessed for the quality of organizing the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) , receiving a full score of 100 points from the Thai Investors Association.

3.Infraset Public Company Limited (INSET) has been awarded the "SET ESG Ratings" for the year 2025 by the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Out of the 263 listed companies selected and announced, INSET received an "A" rating (with a total score of 65-79) in the Technology industry group. This marks the first year that INSET has participated in the evaluation.
